About Mailroom

Mailroom by Earth Class Mail was designed to simplify life for expats, travelers, and small business owners - people who need reliable, digital access to their mail no matter where they are in the world. The app transforms physical mail into a seamless, digital experience, allowing users to view, manage, and act on their mail from anywhere. Designing for this audience was an exciting challenge, requiring a deep focus on usability, responsiveness, and trust. With features tailored to individual needs, like mail forwarding and secure document storage, the app became a lifeline for customers seeking clarity and control in their busy, location-independent lives.

Alongside Mailroom, I also had the chance to design and build out key parts of the Earth Class Mail ecosystem. One of the most impactful projects was Form Tracker, an internal tool that made it easier for our team to gather and set up USPS Form-1583 for customers, simplifying a process that used to be clunky and time-consuming. I also designed Earth Class Mail's first iOS app, giving customers the ability to manage their mail on the go with a clean, intuitive native experience. On top of that, I worked closely with the marketing team to create landing pages and improve the marketing site, making sure the entire experience - from first touchpoint to everyday use - felt seamless and connected. These projects were a blast to work on because they let me design not just for customers, but also for the people behind the scenes who make the magic happen.
